What we promise, and what we do not
Written plainly, because in this industry misunderstandings cost people their savings.
The most important thing on this page
Verify before you pay anyone money, and before you hand your original documents to anyone. The vacancy, the terms, the required documents and the applicable government procedures, all of it. This applies to us too.
1. Who we are
Fast Track Recruitment is a manpower recruitment agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, operating under recruiting licence RL 2730 and a member of the Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA).
2. What we never promise
We do not say any of the following, and if someone says them in our name, it does not come from us:
- A guaranteed visa. Granting a visa is the decision of the destination country’s government, not of any agency.
- 100% success. No recruitment agency can honestly claim this.
- Travel on a tourist or visit visa and find work later. It is illegal and exposes the worker to detention and deportation.
- Free Schengen movement via Moldova or Serbia. Neither country is in the Schengen Area.
- Northern Cyprus presented as EU Cyprus. When we say Cyprus we mean the Republic of Cyprus.
- Any fee that cannot be put in writing. We do not charge such a fee.
3. About the vacancies on this website
Vacancies are published on the basis of the employer requirement we hold at the time. The terms, salary, duty hours, accommodation, food, contract period, are set by the employer, not by us, and can change or be filled.
Applying to a notice does not guarantee selection. Selection is the employer’s decision. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome for any candidate.
4. How we communicate
Fast Track Recruitment communicates only through this website, the number +880 1858-444770 (phone, WhatsApp, IMO) and the address msfasttrackrecruitment@gmail.com.
Any other phone number, social media page, bank account or individual using our name or licence number is not authorised by us. If you come across one, please tell us.
5. Employment terms
The employment contract is between the worker and the overseas employer. We coordinate the recruitment process; we are not the employer. Workplace conditions, payment of wages and performance of the contract are the employer’s responsibility and are governed by the labour law of the destination country.
That does not mean we walk away at the departure gate. Every worker we deploy is given a direct grievance contact that stays reachable after arrival.
6. Government procedures
Overseas employment requires the applicable Government of Bangladesh procedures, including BMET registration and emigration clearance. These procedures and rules can be changed by the government and are outside our control.
7. Website information
Information on this website is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it is not legal or immigration advice. Confirm the specific terms of any vacancy with us directly before acting on them.
8. Contact
