What we handle on the Bangladesh side
These are not add-ons. They are part of every placement we make.
- Sourcing, trade and video screening Candidates are checked on trade skill, and 60-second work videos can be supplied so you judge for yourself.
- Medical and police clearance coordination Fitness examination at the designated medical centre and collection of the police clearance certificate.
- Documentation packs for work-visa files A complete, ordered document set for the employer or partner filing the work permit.
- BMET emigration clearance and pre-departure orientation Government clearance is completed and every worker finishes the mandatory orientation before travel.
- Deployment coordination through to arrival Flight coordination and contact until arrival. Our responsibility does not stop at the airport gate.
What employers ask us
What do I need in order to send a requirement?
To start, the position, headcount, salary and country are enough. Accommodation, hours and contract period we can work through with you. To actually process a deployment, however, there must be a named employer demand letter or job order and a valid work-permit pathway.
How quickly can you produce candidates?
A shortlist with videos normally comes back within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the specs. Total deployment time depends on the destination country’s work-permit process, which is outside our control, we will not give you an unrealistic date for it.
What if a worker turns out to be unsuitable on arrival?
Both our pilot and bulk arrangements include replacement terms in writing. Those terms are agreed before work starts, not negotiated afterwards.
How is your fee structured?
For European partnerships we prefer a transparent professional fee invoiced to the partner or employer per deployed worker, rather than heavy worker-side charges. Government medical and visa fees are pass-through at cost. Once the role, volume and permit-filing party are confirmed, we send a rate card.
Are you actually licensed?
Yes, recruiting licence RL 2730, and we are a BAIRA member. You do not have to take our word for it: the Licence & Compliance page links straight to the official records so you can check yourself.
Which of these do you need?
Send us your requirement and we will come back with a recommendation on how to approach it.
