Our licence and where to verify it
Fast Track Recruitment is licensed under the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment and is a member of BAIRA. Our registration details and the official sources where they can be confirmed are set out below.
Sources of verification
1. Government record, OEP
Go to the Overseas Employment Platform agency list, run by the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, and search for RL number 2730 or the agency name. It shows the address, phone, licence status and validity date. The status must read Active, not expired, cancelled or suspended.
2. Industry association, BAIRA
We have a direct entry in the member directory of the Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies. It lists our RL number, managing partner, registered address and official email.

Note that our official email in the BAIRA record is msfasttrackrecruitment@gmail.com. That is the verifiable address for us.
Our policies, in writing
The things a European or Gulf employer needs to know before working with any recruitment agency, stated up front rather than left to be asked.
- Employer-sponsored work visas only We only process a deployment against a named employer demand letter or job order and a valid work-permit pathway.
- Never tourist-visa-to-work We do not send anyone on a tourist or visit visa to find work later. It exposes the worker to detention and deportation and puts both agencies’ licences at risk.
- Transparent fee policy For European partnerships we prefer a transparent professional fee invoiced to the partner or employer per deployed worker, rather than heavy worker-side charges. Government medical and visa fees are pass-through at cost. We do not charge any fee we cannot put in writing.
- Worker welfare Pre-departure orientation before travel, insurance where applicable, and a direct grievance contact for every worker we deploy, one that stays reachable after arrival.
- Data protection Employer and candidate data is used only for the recruitment matter it was given for, is not shared beyond what that requires, and is deleted on request. Data from European partners is handled with GDPR in mind. See our privacy policy.
Candidate protection
Candidates should always verify the vacancy, the recruitment terms, the required documents and the applicable government procedures before making any payment or handing over original documents.
