A licensed origin partner in Bangladesh
For recruitment firms and staffing agencies in Europe and the Gulf that need a compliant sourcing partner, one who will not put your licence at risk.
What we are looking for
We want agency-to-agency cooperation where you are licensed in the destination country and hold the employer relationship. You bring the demand and the permit pathway; we bring screened candidates and handle the entire Bangladesh-side compliance.
We are not looking for five hundred Facebook leads. We are looking for one clean pilot that, if it works, runs for years.
You do this, we do that
You: employer documents, work permit filing, housing and reception plan, contract
terms.
Us: sourcing, trade and video screening, medical and police clearance,
documentation packs, BMET clearance, pre-departure orientation and deployment
coordination.
How the first ten workers work
This is the starting structure we propose. The terms are agreed in writing before anything begins.
Specification
You send one active job order, role, country, headcount, salary, departure window.
Shortlist
Within 7 to 10 working days we return a shortlist with work videos, in an anonymised format.
Processing
Selected candidates go through the full medical and PCC pack, documentation and BMET clearance.
Review
Success measure: a clean arrival and a 90-day retention review. Then we talk about scaling.
The things that are not negotiable
- No deployment without a named job order We can prepare a preliminary bench, but we process a deployment only against a named employer demand letter and a valid work-permit pathway. That protects your clients, the workers, and both our licences.
- Never tourist-visa-to-work We do not work with partners who propose this route. There is no exception.
- Transparent fees, in writing For European partnerships we prefer a professional fee invoiced in EUR per deployed worker, rather than heavy worker-side charges. Government medical and visa fees are pass-through at cost. We do not charge any fee we cannot put in writing.
- Worker welfare is a shared duty Every worker completes pre-departure orientation and receives a direct grievance contact that stays live after arrival. In return we expect partners to take arrival reception and housing seriously.
- Data protection Candidate and partner data is used only for the placement it relates to, is not shared beyond what that requires, and is deleted on request. Data from European partners is handled with GDPR in mind.
Send us one active job order
The fastest way to start is with one real requirement. Tell us the role and the country and we will return ten profiles this week.

As a serious partner you should verify our licence. We have made that easy.
