The employment contract is between the worker and the overseas employer. We coordinate the recruitment process; we are not the employer and are not responsible for workplace conditions at the destination or for performance of the contract. The granting of visas, processing timelines and government rules are outside our control.
This does not limit our obligations as a licensed recruitment agency under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Our recruitment activity is subject to the applicable regulations of the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment and BMET.
