Recruitment Process

A structured approach to international recruitment

Seven steps, from the first message to the worker’s arrival. Who does what at each stage is set out plainly here.

  1. 01

    Employer requirement

We receive your manpower requirement and job specification, through the form on this site, by email, or on WhatsApp, whichever suits you.

Your side: role, headcount, salary, country
  2. 02

    Requirement analysis

Our team reviews the positions, skills, experience and headcount, and tells you whether we can realistically supply it. If we cannot, we say so at this stage.

Typically 1 to 2 working days
  3. 03

    Candidate sourcing

Suitable candidates are sourced through our recruitment network. Every candidate is given the full terms of the vacancy, salary, duty hours, accommodation, food, contract period.

  4. 04

    Screening & shortlisting

Candidates are checked on trade skill, experience certificates, age, education and, where required, language level. A shortlist is sent with 60-second work videos on request.

7 to 10 working days from specs
  5. 05

    Interview & selection

Employer interviews and selection are coordinated, in person in Dhaka, or over WhatsApp and IMO video link. Trade tests can be arranged.

    Your side: the selection decision
  6. 06

    Documentation & clearance

For the selected candidates we coordinate medical fitness, police clearance, the visa file documents and BMET emigration clearance. The work permit itself is filed by the employer or the destination-country partner.

Timing depends on the destination permit process
  7. 07

    Deployment

Every worker completes pre-departure orientation before travel. Flights are coordinated and we stay in contact until arrival. Each deployed worker is given a direct grievance contact number.

    Then: a 90-day retention review

What the employer provides

  • Employer documents and a named demand letter or job order
  • Work permit filing in the destination country
  • Housing and an arrival reception plan
  • Employment contract terms in writing

What we provide

  • Shortlist with videos in 7 to 10 days from specs
  • Full medical and police clearance pack
  • BMET clearance and pre-departure orientation
  • Flight coordination as agreed, and written replacement terms

The one condition we do not bend

We can prepare a preliminary bench of candidates, but we only process a deployment against a named employer demand letter or job order and a valid work-permit pathway. That protects your company, the worker, and both of our licences.
